she’s tired. the goddess of the night is finally tired of staying in the shadows, but she does not have the heart to leave. she is far too dedicated to painting the moon and stars and spreading the dark because she knows that no one else is as capable as she is. she’s lonely too, although that’s really not much of a problem. she got her cat, and her raven and that’s all she really needs to keep going. and sometimes even the goddess of the dark falls in love, although she could never actually change. her heart is always going to be consumed by the dark.
